To whom ever Federal Politician reads this letter,
I am writing this on behalf of all the retirees and Pensioners who were in the Sterling life Fiasco which went in to Administration 2 months ago . now these dodgy companies are falling into LIQ because all our savings have been stolen. ASIC KNEW of the danger in 2015.
You will all be aware of this by now. You will know we have lost our life savings and also our homes due to the moneys we paid has now been stolen by Sterling group of companies.
NOW, picture that these people are yourselves and you are now experiencing the feelings off such a terrible life changing, traumatic event, you are suffering cancer, are in a wheelchair, have heart issues, not many years left on this earth.
One has already passed away, you don't know what to do or where to go. You now have to find another home to rent, no money to pay for a lease, and then have to pay rent again, also not enough money in the pension to pay it.
Federal Centrelink won't help you because they believe you own a house that you have already paid $202,000 for which has now been stolen and can't pay the person who owns the home we are leasing from anymore. Which is now under investigation. You were told your money is in a trust account and do not ever need to worry, also it is backed by ASIC ,who is a Government body.
We would like to know if there are any intelligent Government workers who would know how to solve this atrocious mess, that is affecting you , or maybe your parents or Grandparents.
Would you ask for the AFP to look into where and how $28 million dollars of all of your moneys has disappeared. WOULD YOU WANT THE GOVERNMENT AND ASIC, TO GET THIS SORTED OUT ASAP.
I am asking these questions for you who is reading this, as this could very possibly be you or your family members it happens to . This has been an ongoing occurrence now for over 20 yrs .Would you like to know that your Government is doing it,s job to protect the innocent people who vote for you to act appropriately on there behalf.
Well I would like to say, that so far Madeleine King MP in Parliament has been the only person in Federal Parliament willing enough to stand up and take some time to ring the bells demanding attention to this disgusting state of affairs.
Her Grievance speech on Monday 29th July nailed it.
The others in Government including the Treasurer and the Prime Minister have not raised the Sterling issue and not even had the decency to answer our letters or even acknowledge what a traumatic time it is for us all.
We want a Royal Commission into ASIC now and we will not give up until it happens.
ASIC is not a consumer protector. They are a corrupted agency dealing with secret deals with the dodgy characters in the STERLING FIRST.
We want the Government to pay us all back our monies owed to us and we want the Australian Federal Police involved from here on in and find out why so $28.6 million can just go missing.
We want answers to all of this murky behaviour Government has allowed. At this
moment we are being treated like criminals and we are not going to stand for it any
longer.
This letter is going to every person in Parliament including to Opposition Leader Anthony
Albanese and as far and wide as it can.
We are all sick of the ball throwing. There must be some humans out there who will act
for us as they would like the same if this was happening to them.
Lets just see who will.
