Dear Prime Minister,
I am perplexed why as the Prime Minister you have failed to contact our campaigner and convener of our group Ms Denise Brailey who is championing our cause for the recovery of over $36 million of our retirement funds stolen from us by Ray and Ryan Jones of Stirling New Life.
You seem to be an invisible man, not a murmur, from you, your ASIC Chairman, nor your Treasurer.
White Collar Crime is a national crisis, peoples lives are at stake, these are dire circumstances sir, you must respond and take immediate action.
Our monies that were stolen from us, and we older people in communities across this country will be out on the streets, or even worse, dead, leaving their partner to struggle on by themselves. ASIC FAILED TO TAKE ACTION.
Now the Government have to order ASIC TO PAY UP the $36 million that has been stolen.
Look at the horrendous facts and circumstances that lead up to this disaster :-
1)This SNL company solicited over 1000 people to put money into FAKE companies, never listed: where was ASIC ?
2) SIX companies fr the STERLING Group were duds and on sold as franchises, they were "hollow shells": again where was ASIC ?
3)Criminal negligence committed by ASIC going back to 2011, no action taken by any parliamentarian to punish ASIC or pressure it into ASIC FAILED TO DO ITS JOB and protect consumers re financial products, the job it was intended to do: Was ASIC CORRUPT?
4) Evidence that administrators as late as 2018 allowed SNL to continue raising money by duping retirees into handing over their retirement funds for whole of life lease schemes. Why did ASIC ALLOW fund raising after 2015 when IT WAS AN obvious PONZI?
I have to ask Mr Prime Minister are you taking these matters seriously ?
Your inaction is likely to put you offside with a huge section of the Australian community,
We the aggrieved need an urgent cheque from ASIC for $36 million
due to ASIC CRIMINAL NEGLECT, we need this paid within FIVE WEEKS
before we are then handed writs and thrown out of our homes.
