BFCSA: The Parliamentary Commission for Bank/Mortgage Fraud will cause more angst to victims

WHY I DECIDED NOT TO GO TO THE RALLY.....................My Members make their own decisions - always.

I can only present the facts.  I am a Leader of the largest group of followers in Australia, on the subject of Mortgage Fraud.  You can only be a Leader of people, if people are following.

You know me well Tom. Yes the One Nation / KAP Plan began as the Parliamentary Commission to introduce a Bill inside the Parliament on the same day Monday 21st November, from the very people you mentioned. These are extreme right wing views and make no common sense.  The Prime Minister and his Bankers are determined to quash the calls for an RC.  LIBs/NATs fear the RC the most and they are so obvious in their determined efforts to destabilize the victims.

SO ITS GAME ONE

How do you think I feel as protector of all these people where the extreme right attempted to capture the hearts and minds of the victims by not telling the truth?  That is shameful.   During the past 24 hours, the small minority group blame me for being divisive. Allow me to be perfectly clear here;  We have not changed our stalwart position on a Royal Commission, the small group has changed to backing a PC.  Yet the followers of that group have not had the benefit of a  professional examining their own collective evidence.  Even worse, the mini group followers were led to believe this would be a Rally for the Royal Commission.

Truth of these shenanigans revealed itself as always, through the collective efforts of BFCSA Members and we discovered the agenda of a PC instead of an RC. As responsible and informed lobby group, we discussed the need to inform our Members of the PC Plan immediately and, we did so.

NEXT we had one of the Rally organisers suggest they knew of the PC and had read the document, but did not want politics involved.  I feel sorry for that person as they truly believed a PC was a good thing and they wanted to convince BFCSA Members this was the case!   This is playing right into the hands of the PM and the Banks.  This whole charade is ALL ABOUT POLITICS.  How can a vote in Parliament not be about Politics?  I completed a degree on this subject.  I do understand a little about Banks Bad Behavior and criminal culture and how Parliament may respond.  I have written more reports/blogs/articles/speeches on the subject of Mortgage Fraud, than anyone else, and been called in to the Senate as a witness on several occasions.   I have always been truthful to Parliament and our Members.

The issue is not the fact of the plan per se, but the secrecy that has led to discord and questions left unanswered. Certain people are being less than honest and you need to ask why? Those on the side of the PC and those on the side of the RC. THERE CANNOT BE A BET EACH WAY ON THE POSITION OF THE PC.

I have never changed my position - and never will. Yes indeed Tom, and disappointingly I realised we were not all on the same side. The minor group sided with another of the banker's idea of a PC and backed by KAP and One Nation. That is clear now. Most victims of bank fraud who have joined a group, are with BFCSA Banking & Finance Consumers Support Association and we are the largest group by far. BFCSA Members are totally devoted to a Royal Commission and will fight back all the way. I have never said anything different.

Yet we are a democracy and people can now, armed with the truth, chose what way they wish to protest and they decide freely whether they wish to attend the rally and whether they wish to protest with  NO PC or YES RC as it means the same thing.   I have no doubt one or two will side with One Nation/KAP and likely the Greens may jump on board or maybe not?.   The Greens better be very careful here.

Inside Parliament House, everyone will show their true colours and Vote on the side of the Banks (YES PC) OR will Vote on the side of the Mortgage Victims (NO PC).  A PC gives a clear power to the Bank Lawyers who will then channel and control all cases presented back to the courts, and people will have no funds to defend.  Victims will then via parliamentary process be squashed like a bug by these Bankers!

The cross benchers are not on the side of the victims but their agenda is one of VOTES and recruiting new members.  How and why anyone thought I would agree to this caper is beyond my way of thinking. Hence the secrecy.   My answer is an immediate NO.   Meanwhile the Senate has lost both Culleton and Bob Day votes.  Its anyone's guess how this charade will run.

What will happen as the Rally takes place outside the House.  Of course the cross benchers will be angry at me for spilling the beans and they will say its all about tactics.  We have no tactics.  BFCSA Members demand the truth be told/shared at all times.

How can people make an informed decision or judgement without Truth?

If you wish to read  a copy of the draft for the PC, I can supply a copy for you.
