Did Khoury and Ralph (ex Ombudsman) KNOW in 2009 that FOS Ombudsman intentionally ignoring the Code of Conduct at the behest of the FOS pay masters - the Major Banks???? That's the big question for you all to ask.
We should all road-test this Review and watch them all very very carefully.
