I got paid a pittance of what my claim was really worth as assessed by FOS. We had to take what was put on the table or get nothing at all as we were in dire straights we had to do what we had to do. The whole thing is that there was no doubt that what two banks had done was against the law and it was proved that way, the big problem is that the people affected can not afford a lawyer to get this to court as civil action therefore leaving us at the mercy of the very biased EDR system which is at best tainted.
I plan to keep pushing politicians to bring this into the public space for everyone who has been put at the mercy of the EDR system or any of the consumer affairs based protection and YOU need to do the same. Everyone that has been affected in some way shape or form by Bankster Fraud and let me tell you that will be nearly everyone across the nation, in some shape or form, needs to register and post or email Denise Brailey BFCSA their story so we can get the Royal Commission with wide ranging terms of reference that we the victims deserve. Without her caring and criminal expertise, non of us would ever have known what the fraud was!
The bankers are truly white collar criminals. This is why there have been loud calls for a Royal Commission into the banking system. If we carried out these grand thefts of people's homes we would see the inside of a prison. Why is there no enforcement of law?
Many shock waves are currently running through the Banking and Finance sectors. We are all united and need to keep the jungle drums beating and put the pressure on a government built on a shoestring and under real pressure.
The Royal Commission can only be achieved by the ALP as the LNP are well into bed with the banks but the pressure needs to be applied right now as we will be back to the polls much sooner than the three years as the Libs will not be able to get bills through the parliament as the government is in its current form.
So please people if you are a victim in any form re banking or finance products contact BFCSA and help yourself investigate your own case and then help other victims get the justice we all deserve, not the FOS bullying system, biased to banks. You need to discover what this is with mortgage fraud. $300 billion in toxic mortgages is sloshing around in the system. You, most likely like we found have been trapped in expensive unaffordable, unverified and unsustainable loans through no fault of your own. Government has been raking in obscene profits from this massive criminal activity and encouraged the banks to keep signing up toxic mortgages to pump up the Property Bubble. It will collapse. We see that now. I will fight on for compensation for my family and so will hundreds of others.
We are one thousand people, but there are about 1.5 million trapped in this fraud by Banks. There would be much better lobbying to Parliament right now if all mortgage holders started to check their own paperwork and then we can bring about change and eventual compensation, We all have the evidence in our files to prove how crooked these banks have become. You need to learn how to find yours and demand your mortgage be extinguished. As Denise told Parliament in 2012: Governments cannot profit from fraud.
