The Hon. Scott Morrison M..P.

Prime Minister

Parliament House

Canberra ACT 2600.

Dear Mr Prime Minister,

We are victims of the Stirling First Group Collapse. I believe you were Treasurer when you were funding ASIC annually to the tune of $450,000,000.

Yourself and the Chairman of ASIC got together every month on how ASIC was performing and they would or should have been talking to you about Stirling First and other topics associated with government matters.

Tell me you knew nothing about ASIC going back to 2015 involving Stirling First as Treasurer who funded ASIC would have in normal working life this is how it goes:

You have a Manager a Foreman and a leading hand, and every fortnight we used to have meetings, everything was discussed and then we would tell the workers how to become more proactive and productive, we always kept the employees informed.

But did yourself Mr Morrison and Mr Shipton do that? I believe not as ASIC LIED as far back as 2011 and 2015,how could you let that happen?.

In your campaign trails you said you would “Burn for us” also you mentioned very little regarding pensioners. What we are asking you Is to BURN for us Pensioners as well.

We are the weak and vulnerable in our society. Do you really want to see us really end up being homeless? Most of us victims of this most despicable crime of crimes is due to the lack of two departments inaction for allowing it to happen, one of which was you as Treasurer, you as Prime Minister should not let this happen also your moral beliefs should be telling you that we should be fully recompensed.

Any criminal organisation has all their assets stripped away from them as ill-gotten-gains, I class Stirling First as a criminal organisation. Did you know the same four people have gone under four times? Having said all that I believe ASIC have also been criminally negligent by knowing well into the past what criminal intentions were on the table, whilst you were Treasurer.

You also centred on your personal history and ordinary Australians do we as pensioners not count as ordinary Australians ? You also announced a 75-million-dollar package to help women get back to work after looking after their children or elderly parents. All very commendable.  You also promised $70 million for sports, you also promised $15 million to set up a permanent base in Melbourne for the Matilda’s Soccer team, that’s a total of $160 million most of us victims paid out between $200,000 to $400,000.

As I said we should be fully compensated as we all payed this amount for a LIFE LONG LEASE CONTRACT.

Would you know what it’s like to be paying rent at our stage of life? I don’t think so, your pension will be six figures per annum, we would take six years to make what you get In one year, Oh by the way when I said full recompense I meant to buy our own home again, not just enough to rent the rest of our life out.

I also believe that ASIC knew that STERLING GROUP were acting pernicious and insidious. If not you as Treasurer at the time should have had a complete overhaul of Mr Shipton’s Department because he stated that ASIC would be so protective.

Guess What? You as Treasurer and Mr Shipton as Chairman failed to do so.

One last thing Mr Prime Minister why did ASIC payout secretly two people in 2015?

  • What did ASIC have to hide?
  • And why has ASIC suggested an investigation only started 8 days AFTER we all held a meeting in Mandurah on 21st June with Ms Brailey?
  • And after Sterling collapsed and we were told there was zero balance left in those trust funds?

Denise has done more for us in 4 weeks than ASIC or Treasury has in the past 8 years

Regards
