Dear Mr Morrison,
THE STIRLING GROUP COLLAPSE And ASIC FIASCO:
I’m sure by now that you are aware of our dire situation regarding the complete collapse of Stirling of which over 100 aged pensioners have lost our complete life savings after working for over 50 years paying tax for the country that we love and cherish only to be scavenged by Ponzi dealers of which your so called department ASIC have been aware of for over 8 years at least and avoided doing anything about.
Please tell me why are we as a nation paying them 450. Million dollars a year for not doing their job and policing these scum bags. ASIC called me and many others to see how we were going with Sterling,when they are telling me that all was good,shouldn’t they have been telling me how Sterling were going?
They ought to have been on their bikes and shutting them down that’s why they are employed isn’t it?. After ASIC telling me that all was OK we decided to invest another $25,000 on ASICS assurance that all was safe.
It is another case of forget about the Pensioners it doesn’t matter about them,even after 50years of taxation and no pension rises of any significant use for years,when the likes of yourself and others getting bigger rises per week than we get per year,and the cost of living sky rocketing.
And on top of everything else we are told by Centrelink that we no longer will receive any rent allowance,that’s a double whammy thanks very much Prime Minister what do you intend doing about all this? You will probably just sit on your hands and forget about your people once again
We expect there to be a Royal Commission about these PONZI scheme immediately.
Also we expect our money to be returned from the pockets of ASIC because they are responsible for this complete failure of DUTY OF CARE.by allowing all this to happen when they were fully aware of what was happening.
We have also sent letters to your Treasurer Mr Frydenberg and ASIC Chairman Mr Shipton neither of which have replied which I find disgusting and we expect them to respond with some good news for all the Pensioners that are now struggling to survive.
After Losing our houses which we have signed a 40 Life Long Lease for which was our rent for a life time and lost our lifetime savings we cannot recover and we are also having to pay more rent so we are paying twice and cannot afford.
