forms the basis for any closer analysis or scrutiny we may do now or into the future in
regards to this matter specifically or related activities and conduct.
We value the information you have provided and have assessed it in consideration of
a range of factors (which are set out in our Information Sheet 153 - How ASIC deals
with reports of misconduct).
We note that ASIC has considered your particular circumstances on several occasions.
Based on the additional information provided recently, the issues you have raised
previously and ASIC's priorities, ASIC will not take any further action in this relation
to your particular matter at this time.
