Of course the Banks are bleating now! But who caused the NEED for a full on Royal Commission?
The big 4 have wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting legitimate grievances from victims of predatory lending etc.etc. and now they say a Royal Commission will be a waste of money!! The fight has only just begun folks so keep the pressure back on the BANKS AND THE SYSTEMIC BREACHES AND CULTURE THAT CREATED THIS TOTAL RIP OFF OF AUSSIE FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES.

Not in the public interest to know they (ASIC) are a mole organisation is more the truth. They rely on consumers do all the hard work in identifying systemic issues so they can then cover up for what they are responsible for before telling consumers to buzz off. Denise and BFCSA members could do a better job than ASIC, probably what they are all so afraid of if we get the opportunity to spill the beans at a Royal Commission. At times you have to wonder if Medcraft is no more than the current economic hitman!
Tom: We were left incensed by the Ombudsman's assessment of our case - willing only to address what would be in the banks best interests, not ours.

Mr O' Dowd says" he is open to the idea an inquiry" but, worried it could damage the reputation of our biggest banks overseas." Boo Hoo would you prefer to put your head in the sand without giving a thought the the thousands and thousands of Aussie consumers that the banks have ripped off over the years with the illegal dealings with their customers. Get your head out of the sand and I am sure we the people can give you more than enough proof if you really want it , just ask. You can have mine.
