HOMELESSNESS IS A GROWING CONCERN IN AUSTRALIA. Bankers are tipping people out of homes behind closed doors, using fraudulent methods to obtain possession.
So many people, according to latest stats, are now entering retirement, with a mortgage. Years ago, couples were able to work one or two jobs per person to achieve their "dream" - home ownership. This is our Castle, as humble as it may be. They paid off the Bank and settled down to retirement, albeit on a pension for many and took up voluntary work to help others in need. Then along came the banks and targeted the home owners to buy just one more house for the kids - for the twilight years. So many victims fell foul of this BANKER DRIVEN financial strategy. These older citizens never expected to lose their actual home. They were emphatically told NO RISK. Yet fraudulent documentation and devious computerised banking approval systems became the new-age opportunistic BANK BANDIT Bastardry. The Government also hiked up retirement age,despite the boom times
Housing is not only a basic need it is a universal right for every human being. Australia is not a paradise for Elites! Nor is it a haven for white collar crime and Bankers - the one percent-ers in the nations most extravagant ivory towers!
A momentous decision for millions of poor people across South Africa who live with insecure tenure and inadequate housing has changed the status quo overnight. As of today, their courts are FORBIDDEN from making EVICTION orders – even if they have been agreed to – until those under threat of eviction are aware of and able to exercise their rights, and until a Judge can be sure no-one will be left out on the streets.
One must always have regard to the fundamental importance that a person’s home is their castle whether rented or owned. A basic right to a roof over their head and the realisation of almost all their human rights.
A basic duty for Federal Government is to ensure states are providing basic housing/accommodation for everyone and not sit on impossible LIST OF THE HOMELESS expecting to report all is OK!!! Its not. Start with the homes that are under the control of mad bad Bankers - the stolen loot is buried in the property market. No wonder we need sensible Government. No wonder we need community spirit. No wonder we need to raise our voices as to how the BANKS are stripping this country of ownership of homes and blowing inflationary bubbles into property to ensure the Elites "portfolio" of homes are worth zillions. ENOUGH!!!
