Heard Eric Abetz on the radio this morning and couldn't believe the shxx coming out of his mouth, obviously the party line spiel, saying we have the corporate watch dogs in ASIC and APRA and they are doing a terrific job already in cleaning up the industry. Frankly it made my blood boil, this stupid person doesn't know what he is talking about. I bet he has not looked at any sites such as BFCSA to find out more on this scam and to what has been happening. It's politicians such as he who should keep his sorry trap shut because he hasn't a clue what he is talking about. I'll betz he has never even rang Denise to ask her.
Just for his information it's about a system the banks deliberately engineered to fraudulently rip or steal the assets including family homes and all borrowers finances leaving these customers destitute for the rest of their lives. This was and still is achieved by bank staff and bank trained brokers selling this low doc product deceiving them into signing after certain information is collected with the rest "will fill out later". A copy of loan application form is NEVER given to customer and when the loan implodes it is discovered that all financials and employment details have been changed or added without the borrowers knowledge or consent eg. In our case I fraudulently went from unemployed, zero or zilch income to $100,000 pa and a manager.
ASIC, APRA and AFP buck pass to each other and the EDRs', FOS and CIO cannot see anything wrong with this kind of fraud. The biased determination couldn't find anything wrong !!!! I thought there was undeniable proof of fraud and deceit and all correct information sent to them including tax returns were ignored. I thought they must have been joking but unfortunately they weren't.
THIS IS THE SHXX WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH WHEN GOING THROUGH THE PROCEDURES OF THE REGULATORS AND THE EDR's so I will tell him now the system is BIASED and BROKEN, It's ILLEGAL and CORRUPT and no arse hole in politics to date has lifted a finger to pull the banks, regulators and EDRs' into gear. They do not do the job they are there to do, they do not protect the consumer. There has to be jail time for this mob and most of all there must be a ROYAL COMMISSION with the widest terms of reference. I am pissed off and I want justice.
