THE PROPOGANDA THAT CAN DESTROY A NATION - LOOK CLOSELY AT THOSE WITH A DIFFERENT AGENDA.

LOUIE2U

There are 2 categories of fools:
1) are those who believe what is not true &
2) those who refuse to believe what is true.

I was reading some Facebook posts on a different site this morning that left me with a feeling of horror. Horror at the selfish stupidity being propagated as informed, intelligent understanding of the problems facing those of us who have been down the unwelcome path created by the Bank Engineers.

The content of the posts from this group is venomous in that they demonstrate how bad the propaganda has become in its attempt to brainwash those in need. The propaganda being perpetrated is that of desperation. In demonstrating their collective & somewhat selfish impatience, they are foolishly playing right into the hands of the politicians who need their votes. By doing that, they are NOT acting for the collective good of ALL who have been burnt by the banking Cartel.

Perhaps these fools need to understand that throughout history propaganda has been & still is, the tool for spreading messages & influencing opinion to justify an own agenda. Propaganda has never been used to benefit society. Not ever. It has been a vital exercise in the spreading & consolidation of power. Ask yourself this: who needs your vote the most & why do they need it? Once you have what you think to be an answer, then start to question them more closely (ie: become an informed citizen rather than the blindly led fool).

There is a very old parable that originates from the Indian subcontinent about 'blind men & an elephant'.  It is a story of a group of blind men (or men in the dark) who touch an elephant to learn what it is like. Each one feels a different part but only one part, such as the side or the tusk. They then compare notes & learn that they are in complete disagreement.

In some versions, they stop talking, start listening & collaborate to "see" the full elephant. When a sighted man walks by & sees the entire elephant all at once, the blind men also learn they are all blind. While one's subjective experience is true, it may not be the totality of truth. If the sighted man were deaf, he would not hear the elephant bellow.

This parable has been used to illustrate a range of truths & fallacies; broadly, the parable implies that one's subjective experience can be true but that such experience is inherently limited by its failure to account for other truths or a totality of truth. At various times the parable has provided insight into the relativism, opaqueness or inexpressible nature of truth, the behaviour of experts in fields where there is a deficit or inaccessibility of information, the need for communication & respect for different perspectives. The moral is to remember what we observe is not in itself true but exposing our method of questioning, our method of negotiating.

From what I have witnessed lately this parable is in play once again. We have the blind being led blindly along by the blinkered. There are so many of these expert groups popping up who think they can do better than an already experienced team at BFCSA. These external pop-up groups are pushing self interest, placing their needs before anybody else's needs. I have seen them come & go many times since the GFC. Heck, some of these people/groups think they can even make money out of you, (despite the tragedy you have experienced), they still want to charge you many thousands for their services. Some of these self-interested twits get overblown ego's & become wanna be politicians, using your stories for their self gain. I have seen quite a bit of that too & now I recognise it pretty quickly.

The most stupid & damaging commentary I read this morning does not stack up once you start to apply common sense, logic or even simple primary school mathematics! The saddest thing were those 'blind' ones being led up the garden path by a person who now considers themself to be an expert & who thinks they know it all; they have all the answers for everybody. That is a very real danger.

An "empowered parliamentary inquiry"? I read that statement in disbelief. The stupidity or should I say, lack of understanding, of the basic differences between these inquiries is what astounded me. We have Senate inquiries, parliamentary inquiries & a royal commission. Which is the more powerful? But, wait, what are they pushing for? Ummmm - these twits want the watered down version, handing all power to a pretty much untried, untested bunch of politicians. You gotta be kidding me! These twits do not speak for me.

Another bunch of statements, "fully empowered by a judge", "case by case until the basic inequities are uncovered"!! I really could not believe what I was reading. There are not just tens or even hundreds of us who need to go through this process. There are bloody well thousands of us now & it is growing by the day. Now let us see the maths on that shall we? How many cases do you believe a judge could hear on a "case by case" scenario? In a given year? Even if this judge was superman & cranked his way through a case a month that would be 12 cases a year, taking nearly a decade to get through the first 100. Daft, dumb or just plain stupid! Hello logic? Where are you? M.I.A! I repeat, these twits do not speak for me.

How about just being a bit practical here too while we are it. How long do you really think the govt of the day would allow this to progress before they started bleating that the money bucket is dry, it is costing the country too much, we're not budgeting for this anymore & turn off the tap funding this "case by case" whimsy? Throw in a change of govt & the tap gets turned off promptly.

Of course, these "super heroes" who sold their hearts, souls & votes for only themselves would be rewarded by being the very first front-runner cases heard too, so they would never have to worry about how far down the track these other poor souls (such as myself) were in the long line of process, or even if they were cut out once the bucket ran dry & the tap got turned off now would they?

The Propaganda Peddlers would not give a toss because it always was about me, me, me, moi.

But, let us get back to that simple primary school maths shall we? The "case by case" scenario being heard over a decade or so long versus having a full Royal Commission into the banking Cartel that may take a couple of years at the most to get to the nitty gritty of the banking cartel & their engineering of the full financial sector.

For me it is simple. ROYAL COMMISSION ONLY. No way to the daft stupidly thought out parliamentary inquiry. What would you prefer? I know what I want to see occur and BFCSA members understand the maths, the engineering, the real issues and are able to fight back all the way.  I know we all have hidden strengths.
