Culleton is a Law unto himself. A true believer in himself, even when insanely "out of left field...."
Rod continues to pretend to people he understands the Law and his blessed constitutional mumbo jumbo….yet is he just a bully and legally clueless? Well by being right out there, the people are starting to see through this farce. But his ramblings are entertaining and never dull, that's for sure. A little light on facts? Most of the time from what our members tell me.
I actually feel sorry for Pauline (I can only spend 30 secs on that sentiment) actually having to deal with her unruly newbee Senator, fresh out of Senate School. Yessiree, Rodney appears to listen to no-one but himself and is always right………..even when proven wrong……………..
The problem is Rodney always knows best. Reminds me of the hysterically funny Father Knows Best.
Yes he was the same self-centred bully, when he rang me 2 years ago and I filed him immediately under my useless file. In order to know the law as a scholar you first of all need to at least have respect for the law and its institutions.
He should have been a Banker Wxxker. Now he is already labelling himself as the GLADIATOR…………………….and as always, the real story is ALL about SIR RODNEY, no-one else. And the bank victims he has actually attached himself to, in order to promote his own grievances against ANZ can see for themselves he actually wins none of his bizarre battles.
He thought he could teach ole Pauline a few new tricks, but instead last week, she threw HIM under the political bus by crying help to Mad Malcolm and Sir George Brando (he who must be obeyed).
On Tuesday, Rodney will carry on with his usual POOR ME. Never Rodney’s fault he has a local town history of creating these fights all the time……………perhaps back to school class-room days. He has upset a few of his neighbours and many townsfolk whom they say he owes them money but, Rodney crusades on................. Should be a movie called “Carry On Up the Culleton”
So he called a Rally along with mates Peter, Pauline, Mikey, Robbie, Bobbie and Rodney. The cross benchers who all rode into Parliament on the bank victims issue of a Royal Commission into Banks. But as we reported weeks ago....they all cheated the victims.............snoodled up to Mad Malcolm and Sir George Brando......................... and said: "we no longer want an RC we want a PC? What?????
Well the PC is a very poor attempt to run questions to victims by untrained MPs and is in fact a DAFT IDEA. Another Mad Malcolm thought bubble. There will be no QC's. only those biased to the Bankers. No documents discovered from the Regulators - of course not. The Bankers and lawyers will take over the entire charade with glee.
The Bank victims were invited to attend a Rally yet the speakers are not mentioned but as BRN states: "we have so many speakers its crazy."
Of course the organizers were scared to say its the Peter, Pauline, Mikey, Robbie, Bobbie and Rodney Show for fear that those who believe in the Labor RC would not show up and as always Rodney & Co were after Rent a Crowd. The date had been set at 21st November and why was it set for that date? Once again organizers stayed mum, but we are criminologists and researchers and we have a habit of digging around where we are not wanted. The more the doses of secrecy the more intriguing this event seemed.
If we could uncover the dirty Banker secrets....this should be an easy one. YES INDEED: secretly the FAMOUS SIX who could not be named as speakers, plan to put up a Bill In Parliament for their dreadful PC idea....................good luck with that chaps.
And what date have they planned for? Well well: Monday the 21st November, same day as the rally. Instead of people wanting to go inside the House and listen to this extraordinary debate to help the Bankers defuse the calls for an RC, and NOT A PC (poor horse substitute for powerful RC) they intended to secretly join hands with Malcolm and Bankers to head Labor off at the pass (with powerful horse named RC) with Rodney's nag named PC.
Have I lost you yet, my long suffering readers? Can this scandal get any worse than it already is??
Rodney and his co conspirators were very afeared that if they announced themselves as speakers, no self respecting bank victim would turn up. Bankers are very good at CONTROL FRAUDS. The rent a crowd had to arrive at precisely 11.30am but could not go into Parliament House to hear the PC pitch, and were to be kept in the sun for 2 and half hours of speakers who have not been declared.....................Huhh?
We can only assume Sir Rodney intended to run in and out of the House to say a few words and run back inside on his PC Mission and vote, even though he would be challenged in the High Court as being ineligible to vote. He would then run out like Rocky to his adoring rent a crowd.
Rodney had lost his Court case as he tried to explain to the judge he was a busy man and could not really grace the court with his presence. In typical Culleton style, he was a no show. Sadly for hero Rodney, the Judge did show up, displayed no sense of humour and bumped Sir Rodney's woes with the creditor up to $280k from a mere $200k that morning.
Next poor Rod receives more announcements and snippets re the $4 million he allegedly owes elsewhere. It appears he knows best and handles all his own legal work................really Rodney?
Next comes the $7.50 key court case...............how does he get himself into all these collective messes? I digress............Rodney then admits in a "waffle of the week" interview, that there was a "bit of a punch up...." Is that the same event where he loaded bails of HAY around the Police car so they could not leave either? I am confused, but the constabulary have definitely crossed Rodney off their Christmas Party list.
So that's two Police forces in two states you have managed to slay relationships with? That's a step up from the Town Clown image I must say.
So everything is set for the secret PC drafted out by Rodney's mate Katter and the BRN mob and Ms Cash assisting Malcolm and the stage is set for 21 November.
But Sir George Brando rides into Parliament waving around documents heading for the High Court against Bob Day. Bob who? The construction guru Senator who also had no idea how to fill out Senate papers correctly and other nuances such as collapsed companies and trading whilst.....................whatever.
Today Sir Rodney choked in his weeties, not because Pauline his leader had thrown him under the political bus last week, although that was hardly helpful to Rodney who knows Best, his not so friendly but superior Att General George (he who must be obeyed) has announced the preferred date for the High Court challenge against the legitimacy of Sir Rodney being in his presence will be set at precisely 11.30am on Monday the 21st November.
Rodney has had more greater Muddles than PM Malcolm. Rod, did you know you cannot use the Commonwealth LOGO? Oops still learning.
Now the Carry on up the Culleton Crew has to pay $25k plus for lawyers for one day and miss out on the rally that he Peter, Pauline, Mikey, Rodney and Bobbie created to secretly coincide with their calls for this daft idea of a PC in Parliament.
And the rally is due to start gathering at 11.30am, precisely the time Rodney N Culleton is due in the High Court.
The BIG TIME PLAYERS - the Bankers in charge - just ran a bulldozer through the lot of them……squashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

As always Mr Rodney Culleton Esquire will be repeating that he is blameless, poor Rod, and he will as always fight back. Its very entertaining.
But seriously Rod , why not avoid these altercations in the first place and please stop misleading the bank victims with this nonsense. They have enough on their plate and they completely understand why we must all fight for a Royal Commission - full powers, wide Terms of Reference.
The Labor Party has already given us a guarantee of an RC , so BFCSA Members have already won that round. With a bit of luck we could be back to the Polls within a year.....................and we know why.
Members would all rather wait for the Rolls Royce RC than the clapped out mini known as the PC, designed by the PM and his Bankers.
The Mortgage Fraud Movement does not want a PC Parliamentary Commission sham. We have had too many sham inquiries...................
